feels restless and the heart feels unbearably heavy. During one such phase in my life, I turned toward something divine—Aditya Hridaya Stotra (also called Aditya Hrudayam or Aditya Hriday Stotram), a sacred Sanskrit hymn dedicated to Lord Surya (Suryanarayana).

What Is Aditya Hridayam Stotram?
Aditya Hridayam (ādityahṛdayam) is a divine hymn revealed by Sage Agastya to Lord Rama during the battle with Ravana in the Yuddha Kanda of Valmiki Ramayana. It is called “The Heart of the Sun God.”
